So, fantage released a part 2 Halloween event, ZOMBIES VS. MONSTERS. Here's the info on the event... Buy a limited items sale costume downtown, and then go to the forest and click the Haunted Maze, and then you go into a maze and you try to find a zombie and touch it to scare it out of fantage. Or you can borrow a costume from Orion. Borrowing a costume is easier though.
